Complaint filed with the FTC today ...
They call multiple times in a day
Had them blocked twice before -- but --
Provider (Verizon) only blocks them for 30 days at a time.
got repeated ones. asked them not to call. they refused. asked for a supervisor. he agreed to not call again. called again in 10 minutes and clearly knew of the previous conversation and was basically mocking.
"THE PHARMACY" What a wonderful way to start my day, everyday, starting in the morning from 9:20 a.m. all through the day into the evening! Foreign accent, very hard to understand. Asking to refill my prescription. Calls started on Jan. 15th. Received multiple calls 1/15, 1/16, 1/24, 1/26, 1/30, 2/2, 2/3. Requested for our number to be taken off their calling list. Informed them we were on the government National Do Not Call registry. Finally, ended up yelling at them, only to have them laugh at me. Filed a complaint online to the National Do Not Call registry site.
