they called me 6 times over the last few weeks..... and ask for the owner and manager.... they are looking to create websites...... and they are offering it as a promotional....try it if you like it.... I told the guy I was not interested..... when the calls persisted, I told him would you mind taking me off your list.....when the calls persisted....I answered Hello...do you want a website?....and when they replied....NO...I said, I don't want one either and hung up..... today they called back and I asked the fellow what part of do not call did you not understand and would you like me to get angry on the phone.... he said he never called.... but I just hung up.....
I am getting the same calls. I told him he called the other day (same distinct voice and hesitation), to which he said he didnt. When he went on about offering a free website, I told him I wasnt interested again, and he hung up very quickly. If he calls again I will have some fun with it.
3/23/09- called again.... saying the same spiel.... and I told him that you have the owner.... and got him to repeat himself several times... told him that I could not hear him.... he proceeded with the spiel... said his name was Henry or something with an H.... any how.... at the end he gave me a squelching noise, probably feedback from the microphone... so I think I wasted enough of his time....LOL....
This man keeps calling over and over and does not give up he is beginning to scare us. we are a small company that cannot afford to buy extra. These calls are frequently at least 4 times a week to sometimes 4 to six times a day. I think he referred to himself as John Bishop but I'm not to sure about the last name. How can we make him stop. Should we all call him back at all hours of the day. jk.
