The phone number has been used by "Van Hector", a man looking to find his soul mate on dating sites. In reality it is a Nigerian money scam when "Van Hector" will be called away on business to Africa before he can meet his true love, and then be stuck there so he needs money to get out. You will never see your money or "Van Hector" again.
