My elderly employer keeps receiving calls from this number threatening her with court summons for credit card fraud. She claims she is Ms. Greer from Litigation Services and wants SS #, Bank accts., etc. Obviously a scam. Don't answer!

Total scam don't reply to these type of calls.I work in the field of debt collection and we are NOT allowed by law (FDCPA) to speak to consumers the way it has been described above.These people must be retarded to contact consumers with that type of silliness.I just found the same type of comments on this site about a different two bit scammer who called my sister.Glad this site gets the word out to all.Be safe.
i got the same call 3 times telling me that they were going to suspended all my licences until see a judge. i called back got someone else and was told that i owe a debt from 10 plus years ago and that they can sue me and that they have presidence over the law and that they have looked at my assets and that i can afford to pay. and that a divorce and ex filing bk has nothing over them and that i get nothing in writing from them
