I kept getting calls too with no message. But when I finally answered it it was for assistance in finding health insurance. They do have a website and are on facebook, the company name is Name My Premium.I called them back and asked them to remove me from their call list and they complied, so will see if I get anymore calls from them.
Just received a call from a female saying she was responding to my request for health insurance. I did not ask for health insurance info. I already have my own insurance. She did not respond for several seconds, but was still on the line. I took it upon myself to end this unwanted and suspicious call by saying "goodbye" following by hanging up.
Calling about health insurance quote I requested -- did not request one. Asked to please remove me from list and she abruptly hung up the phone on me!!! Good ridence - please don't call again! Florida
This number called several days in a row, always disconnecting me when I answered. Today there was a recording. The company is called Name My Premium. They tell you that they've reviewed your "hand delivered" application and have a great premium quote for you. They are in CA....I'm in TX....I certainly did not "hand deliver" anything. When you call the number back ( (323)-302-4398 ) they put you on hold telling you that they are experiencing a high call volume and that someone will be with shortly. After being on hold for a couple of minutes you get ANOTHER recording telling you that due to high call volume they can't answer their phone right now (great marketing strategy) and that you should leave a message with your name and phone number and they'll call you back. After the message I left, I feel certain that they won't be calling me back. Complete scam!
Company name is "Name My Premium." The Caller ID shows Toll Free 2, but it is a Los Angeles telephone number. The actual toll free number is (877) 433-2785 (which I found from their website). Never once did they leave me a message, so I called them back myself. Just block them, like I did. (Or you can follow them on FaceBook, if you "like" them.)
These scammers keep calling my wife's cell leaving messages about approved health insurance requests that we never filled out. How can I report them to the federal agency responsible for unsolicited calls or impersonation or identity theft or whatever their scam is?
