call came from: 1 (866) 411-8248 and a woman who had a mild phillipine accent asked to speak with "my directory published name" and when I asked her who she was, she started on a script about doing a survey regarding health care and that she wanted to ask me some questions. I asked her for a return phone number and she gave me the number 323-306-6032. When I called the 323-306-6032
number back (using a skype phone)- the first try went to a fast busy, the second try went to a recording and on the third try I got a man who explained that Mr. Jackson wanted to speak with me. I asked who that was and after some questioning I found out rhwy were located in the country of Singapore.
