Left no. Message, i know no one in Calif. I called back but connection was static and I couldn't understand the man. Left no message

Received call from this number, caller ID shows, C Logistics Sol.  After Googling, that business is in Dominican Republic. Sounds like a scam to me.  Why would a business in the Dominican Republic be calling from a California number???  I didn't answer the call & they didn't leave a message.
