I know how you feel. I get mad when these "people" use my minutes. Do you have a call blocking app? You might want to download one. The free ones aren't too bad but have advertisements with them. I paid $1.99 for one that let's me block entire area codes or restrict calls to those in my call list. Check 'em out.
