The guy just called and said his name was Andrew and he wanted to speak to the owner of the business.

I said, "I'm the owner of the business."  

Then he hung up.  

WTF???

Missed call no voice mail.  Every time that happens I check 1800 notes and usually find them listed here.

Strike 2. No voice mail
Strike 3. My number on the DNC list.

Caller ID says "Unknown Name." Turned-off my answering machine, stopped after about 5 rings.

Dead line.  No one there, no message.
