It's a recording, "Hello?  Oh, hello.  Sorry.  I had trouble with my headset, giggle, giggle.  This is Emily and I am calling because you stayed at one of our resorts."  I hung up about then, but I thought it was a strange approach.  Called twice, both times giggly Emily having trouble with her headset.
