Just got a call, let it go to voicemail but they did not leave a message.

call at 6pm.   I did not answer.  no message left

4-26-2012, 6:50 p.m.: Answered the phone, said "Hello?" The line went dead.

I received the same call...senior citizen "can't get up".  I filed a report with the FCC.  It is the most effective way to deal with it.  I have gotten results by doing this in the past.They get the message quickly and stop calling when they know that you will file a complaint.  Here is the link: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

Called at 8:20 PM  in spite of the fact that my number is listed in the Do NOT CALL registry.  When will the regulators be serious in upholding the law and start imposing fines on this scofflaws.
" Are you a Senior...."  drop names of legitimate professional organization such as American Heart Association and American Medical Association so sound like they are endorsing their senior emergency alerting system.  Trying to mislead...I'd classify them as scams..specially when they totally ignore the DO NOT CALL registry.
