Continue to get this call...I answered as "Do not call this number again - this is a recording"! At first no one was on the line and then this man kept saying hello and I just kept repeating the above message in a recording like voice...why do they think I would buy anything from them in CA when I live on the east coast!!!!
What you stated was true, except for the caveat to calling your phone company regarding subscribing to call-blocking. Unfortunately, Verizon FIOS only allows a handful of slots of numbers to block at any one time/list last time I contacted VZ it was about 15 calls blockable. That's a joke. I have more than that number of calls PER DAY that I need blocking. My landline phone handset only allows about 30 called to be blocked at a time and again, that isn't nearly enough. So I ordered a CPR CallBlocker V202 and had trouble with it disconnecting valid calls mid-conversation, but a very patient tech support man returned my call today, with different setup instructions. We'll see if I can get the most annoying calls -- such as 323-326-4118 to be blocked and stay blocked. What is even more annoying is that ANY ENTITIES [except 9-1-1, valid police/fire/ambulance calls] are EXEMPT from intruding into our homes via the utility services, without our consent. I see this as a home invasion/intrusion no less than if someone had banged loudly on my front door at any inconvenient or frightening hour, or forcefully kicked in my door and held a threatening weapon to my face, uninvited, un-requested, and unwanted. Unfortunately, all the politicians, lobbyists and big-name "charities" have the laws & lawmakers in their pockets to allow such exemptions from the joke of those "Do-Not-Call lists.
Don't know anything about the company and not interested in their walk- in showers/tubs. I asked the fool who gave him authorization to call my number since it has been on the "DO NOT CALL LIST" since its inception. He stated that my number didn't have a red check by it as if that meant 'do not call.' Offered him a red X across his face but he was not interested!
Yesterday, I got a phone call from 323-982-8670, Home Security at 4:44 PM. Today at 2:21 PM, here is this call from 323-326-4118, Wireless Caller. Both calls came out of California (Los Angeles). In the question of Home Security, my opinion is that this is ADT, that has just been hit with a $15 million fine for its "free security system" robo-calls.
Just got a call from 323-326-4118. Didn't answer. Answering machine picked it up and a female voice said "hello" and then hung up. Hate these calls. Telemarketer????
