Did the same thing to me. Called four times in a row and then an English second language dude left an annoying email. ATT needs to stop this as it is beyond stupid. Call ATT and tell them if they continue to harass you you will drop them.
Called me 4 times in a row. Left me one message. Turns out it was AT&T customer service, whom I had been talking to earlier about making a payment online. I've been paying online for years but today the terms showed I was agreeing to allow any charges be processed through my current payment. I'm not on autopay and have no desire to be on autopay. I called customer service and their solution was to just process a payment over the phone by giving them my cc info. I politely told the guy the issue and the solution was starting to piss me off, never mind and I would just pay by check. I hung up but started getting calls from the number above. I didn't answer because of no caller id info showing up. This guy kept calling and finally left a message, saying we were somehow disconnected. Yeah, right
