number keeps calling over and over again when i pick up no one says anything or a fax noise!!! all hours of the night

For those who are getting fax calls from 323-330-8886, its a line provided by Paetec Communications INC. However its owner is an auto sales marketing company called West Lake Dealer Services and their number is 1(888) 893-7937. You will need to call and have your number placed on their no call list. They call only what they think are auto sales businesses. If you are getting these calls, google your phone number and see if its listed anywhere else as well.

I get calls all hours of night from 323-330-8886

I keep getting a call from this number.  I usually get 5 in a row, with each call being spaced about 6 minutes apart.  When I picked up, there is a loud "beep, beep, beep".  How do I get this number blocked.  The calls happen about every other day.
