BE AWARE OF PHONE SCAMMERS!! Anyone else get a call from this number before? They've been bugging me early in the morning for the past couple of days. The second you answer an automated message responds "please hold while we get the next available representative" OVER AND OVER AGAIN. So I hung up, called back and the same thing happened again. Only this time a woman answered and said "I'm calling on behalf of the chase bank and I need your social security number along with your address to update your account information". First of all, I don't even Bank with chase.... second of all, why would you need my social security number otp for a bank instead of calling me into the office to provide that?... not to mention asking for my address?.... Whatever you do, DO NOT WAIT ON THE line, while you're on hold there's no telling what kind of information they can be obtaining through your phone. PASS THE WORD AROUND. SHARE IF YOU HAVE TO
They call our office all day, when we pick up no one answers. We've called back and told them twice to remove our number as this is a business but we're still getting calls. Just don't answer! Caller ID says "CONVERGENT RES" - per Google search looks like a collections agency but it's probably a scam!
