Yeah this guy sounds real official- Do not answer!
Was half asleep and answered.
These debt collectors are trying to re-age a 10 year old debt in California which is illegal by any means.
Ignore - ignore - ignore
Block- block- block
Credit industry is dead

Caller didn't say anything! just sat there breathing and I could hear some background noise.

Calls from this number like 3 times a week but they never leave a message.
