Robo-calls my cell number daily for an out of statute (over 10 years ago) third party debt. They are Convergent third party collections (formerly ER Solutions, Inc.) Gave all the information to my attorney who has now launched a formal complaint with the courts notifying Convergent that if they continue to call, they can be held liable for up to $1,500.00 per call.
