Got a call from this number and only answered because the caller ID said Time Warner Cable and I had just cancelled an appointment. Recording said they were Convergent Outsourcing Collection company and I hung up. Called TWC to verify and of course I got someone in their billing dept. who couldn't understand what I was trying to tell him. He asked for the number that called but never comfirmed one way or the other if they were actually using them.
