Just got a text from this number saying I had won a $1,000 to Target. They direct you to a site targetwinners.com its a scam & phising site. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

i received a txt this morning at 4:22 am  and said to go to target winners but it would not let  me go to the next step and the number is from Moreno Valley and as i have said earlier California is Not \Minneapolis, Minnasota
