Sheridan White with Taylor Ricci & Associates called and demanded to speak only to the owner or controller about an investigation they were conducting. Put them on hold because I was suspicious. Researched name and came up with this site. Realized why I was suspicious...they called back in 2014. Went back to call to ask for them to leave a call back number and they had hung up. Tried to *69 and got message that number was blocked. Why am I not surprised...lmao
This company calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They refuse to provide a phone number or a physical address when asked as required by the TCPA. They claim to be a collection agency looking for people to collect on, but refuse to provide any basic information while demanding to know how many people owe you money and how much they owe... This is quite clearly a scam, especially since they refuse to provide basic contact information as any legitimate company gladly would. Do not provide this scammer with any information.
Calls constantly....obviously a scam since all I could here was loud men and cheering in the back ground. An investigation. Then he tells me they collect bad debt and I told him so does my lawyer. How do these people who do this for a living think they have a legitimate job? Anything for a buck. What a joke.

she was calling from florida (i asked). then why a CA telephone number? line goes dead.
internet search results in no hits for the name she gave. there is however, a p.i. in florida named Taylor & Associates w/ties to Port Richey, FL. There is a new play on identity theft.
Demanded to speak to the company owner regarding a commercial investigation...when I told them, owner was out, & could I help him, he asked, "Are you the bookkeeper?" When I said no, he abruptly replied, I'll call back LATER!
They are calling here as well. This sounds like a scam. The phone number is brand new and not connected to anyone that would be conducting an investigation. Seriously they are conducting an investigation and they have no idea who the owner actually is or what the book keepers name is? Sounds like they are fishing for account specific info. Don't give it to them and don't believe they are investigating anything.
