Unsolicited text talking about Payday$ 900 loans.

Payday loan...don't want it and my phone is on do not call list...

I am retired and have fixed minutes and no texting.

Received a text at 5:52 AM Saturday (day off) about a payday loan up to $900.  I thought my phone was on Do Not Call(Text) list!

Just received $900 payday spam/scam from this number on a PAYG phone. It just cost me $0.20 to receive this.  Calling carrier now, demanding a refund.  Notes off to LA County DA and FCC.  They should consider themselves lucky to be on the other side of the country.
