A man with an accent that was so heavy I could not even understand him, but some of the message had to do with some "legal"  law office trying to collect a debt.  The accent sounded very Pakastani or Indian in origin, and he even had trouble trying to leave the message on my answering service.  VERY suspicious, considering debt collectors have a set pattern they have to use in their phone calling in order to identify themselves for the purpose of collecting a debt, PLUS these agencies are supposed to start the debt collecting with first class mail, before resorting to phone calls!
