We received an unsolicited fax from this number (actually, sent to the wrong company). The name of the company at the top of the ad is Commercial Finance Corporation, advertising financing for equipment, vehicles, and technology. There is a legitimate company by the same name in the U.K., offering the same services.
The 323-345-6451 number, and another fax number (323-345-6450) listed on the ad originate in Los Angeles, CA. The U.S. company doesn't appear legitimate, as there is nothing on the U.K. website to indicate they have any satellite offices in the U.S.
The unsolicited fax gives the name John Evans as Director of Finance and lists his direct phone number as 323-345-6451.
This number calls at all hours of the day and night and never leaves a message. Upon calling it there is a menu, with 3 as opt out of receiving calls. It is a ruse to be sure this is a working number...now I get even more calls and they have probably sold my number to others. If I ever find the human being behind this atrocity, there will be karma.
