" but who is impolite and unwilling to provide straightforward info - name, company name, phone, website and a summary of what the call is about - doesn't get past our receptionist either. "Please put us on your Do Not Call List. If the owner, etc is interested he/she will contact you." When the caller replies that the Do Not Call List isn't for companies, our response is: "Why waste your time or ours calling us again. We do not work with cold callers, or anyone else unwilling to provide straightforward information willingly and politely. Good bye." It's no wonder Jeff Kaplan of Telecommunications and IT Solutions has so many different and general company names, phone numbers, a rotating list of job titles . . . he is no doubt blacklisted by plenty of companies besides ours!
Finally got this rude jerk's name, Jeff Kaplan. He also calls from 818-984-1416 You can look up that number, where others have reported on his ridiculous approach to acquiring business (yell, insult, demand he speak with the boss). He has called our company a number of times, from different caller id numbers, offering ever-changing "opportunities". It is my job to screen calls for the executives, and when I asked the questions necessary to do so, the Jeff rudely, yelling at me, DEMANDED that I transfer him to the person in charge of business partnerships. I told him in order to know where to transfer his call, I needed some contact information from him. After a number of abusive comments from him, I informed him it is our policy not to work with cold callers who are rude to any employee, including myself, and we would not be doing business with him, ever. Please put us on your Do Not Call registry. He yelled he was NOT a telemarketer, that he was calling to offer a "business opportunity", and hung up.

Guy calls and starts vomiting his pitch with absolutely no respect for your time spouting numbers and percentages, Asked him to slow down, relax and just tell me in simple terms what he was trying to tdescribe. He starts getting amped up and says he can't explain it simply and "This is not a sales call or marketing call, it's a partnership call". The guy is a complete a-hole alpha male sales [***]. Horrible at what he does. Can't remember if it was Jeff Kaplan, Don't really give a rip. I can't believe people even exist like this on planet earth. Jeff if it was you, please Never ever ever darken my door again.
