Call once a day on my Cell Phone and leave Messages, saying "you cannot accept collect calls on this number, you need to sign up for service"
Also calling in from 323-357-XXXX (9157 1609 9065 9143 9064)
this is costing me minutes and my cell is on do Not Call registry and there is no person to talk to on these numbers.
