My wife received a call from a Peter Martin who claims that I have a virus on my PC or server. I believe he is a con involved in identity theft. Please notify FBI if you also get a solicitation from him.

This person called 9am saturday August 19 and I gave him access to my computer He claims to have been from Microsoft Windows he had my name and unlisted phone # I stopped when 3rd person tried to get into my email after asking for $
I just got a call from these people claiming they are from Microsoft and that I have a virus on my computer. He wanted access to my computer which I did not give and told him not to call me back.
We have been getting calls from 323-366-9976, telling us that we are sending malicious files, twice we received them. They would like to ask permission for computer info, so far he haqs not asked for any mony to download a program.. It is a SCAM!! Beware
