Apparently this is some sort of pharmacy scam, attempting to sell pain medication without a prescription.  I forward the calls to the FTC Complaint Line, but they keep changing the number they call from.  Last time I got a call (just a few minutes ago), I answered by saying "This call is being forwarded to the FTC Complaint Line" and then said nothing further.  I hit a few random numbers on the phone pad, making some beeping noises, and the call disconnected.  Since then, a call has come in three times, but it only rings twice, and then they hang up.  I think they are trying to annoy me now.  So just now, I picked up on the first ring, and said nothing.  Left the phone off the hook until they disconnected the call.  I have a lot of patience . . . in the meantime, I have blocked calls from this number through my phone carrier.  And people worry about the government spying on us?  These illegal companies are much more prevalent and yet nothing is being done to stop these practices?  Unbelievable.  I would gladly vote for the first candidate who promises to put an end to these illegal calls.
