Andre and all peeps I also received a call from them saying that they calling from department of law and investigation and just yesterday i got their neck and [***] the [***] out of them.
Beware of that Andy Brown, he tries to scare you but he is nothing but just a [***] that will make you laugh, but only a person named Shawn miller seems to be a bit of good speaker skill person. you cannot recognize him fast.
Yes peeps, they are all scammers and the best thing they are just fooling around themselves. I have a not taken loan in my whole life and this people say I took a loan of $300.
Simply Crap nothing else. I think this is a group or something, but i don't remember the name exactly who sounds like a real American, rest all are just like bloody [***]. And their senior officer Andy Brown, hhhhaahah, he Sucks.
It was Friday, 4:00 pm and they called. I have plenty of room on my cell phone to add them to my call reject list. I have 12 numbers on the list now and will keep adding, they can eat s--t and bark at the moon for all I care!
These jerkwads call from so many different numbers that I now just ignore any # I don't know. I have yet to receive one message letting me know what the call is regarding but good thing 800notes exists.
The debt is over 10 years old and in my state you cannot sue a consumer for a debt past the SOL. The only way to cease phone calls is to write a cease & desist letter and mail or fax it to the company.Even if you DO owe the $ from an old debt, don't admit to it, don't make a payment because that will reset the SOL. By law, the HAVE to stop calling or else they risk being sued. I may just contact a lawyer myself because calling a cell phone is against the law as well.
These people are bottom feeding morons that buy old debts for pennies on the dollar hoping you'll be an idiot consumer and respond to their threats.
Actually all these scammers are felicitated by the information. They can simply get and purchase information like our account number name SSN no. and many things to defy us in voice of officers and that to of a department that does not exist at all in USA in present date.
In the middle of a very busy, hectic day my boss tells me there is a police officer on the phone by the name James Handerson requesting to speak to me. To start with his indian accent was strong you couldn't understand him. after I asked him several times to repeat himself he slowed down, from the parts I understood he was a police officer from the national fraud division and I was going to be prosecuted for a loan I didnt pay back in the amount of 300.00. I assured him this was a mistake because I didn't take out any loan. I asked what the company name was that i supposedly took out this loan. He said it was cash net. He proceeded to verify my name social security. number. and my bank.I told him to do what he had to do because I had done nothing wrong.He gave me a phone number and said if I didn't have my lawyer contact their lawyer they were going to forward the warrant to the florida fraud division and they would come to my work arrest me and put me behind bars. I just lost my mother to cancer 2 weeks ago . I helped take care of her for 8 months prior to her death. Needless to say its a challenge to get threw each day. This phone call from these heartless people was the last thing I needed. I hope something can be done to stop these people.Its not right that they cause innocent people anxiety and fear.
