Yes, I have been bombarded by calls on my cell phone from this number for the past several days. I moved from L.A. to Washington two years ago, so I always notice it when I get unknown callers from that area. Many could be wrong numbers since I still have my L.A. area code, but if they're not somebody I know, I don't answer it.  If you can't leave a message, then you don't need to be bothering me.
