received a call from this #, the man on the other line would not give me his name or tell me what it was concerning, gave me a file case # and told me I have 1hr. to call 866-252-3492, and if I didn't I would be served papers either at my home or work. contacted the attorney generals office and it is a scam, this is also a landline #.
Same thing happened to me when I asked for the address of the company so I can give it to the attorney general in my state, Jennifer Reed with processing company hung up on me.
