IRS Scammer stating  I owe back taxes and threatening to be jailed or cops coming to pick me up and arrest me if I do not pay $6,891 for 2008 back taxes, simultaneous with this, received calls from 911 pretending to be the cops coming to pick me up.... Just so bizarre and unlike the government.  Indian accent, obviously a majic jack number.  Obviously a scam since I do not owe taxes...
