An automated message but sounds very real; says "Hello, oh I'm sorry I had to adjust my headset", blah, blah, blah about your Google identity has not been updated
They say that every time they call. That's because it's a robo call, and you have to say "hello" at least twice for the recording to kick in. At the end of the recording, if they can convince you to be interested you'll be connected with a real person to scam you.
