I have had 20 calls from this number within the last half hour. NO ONE is ever on the line.  I hang up, they call right back.  If I dont answer, they call let it ring 3 times before they hang up and call riight BACK

Got two phone calls from this #, no message.

Same.  Just received 2 calls from this number within the past 2-3 months.  Any idea who this is?

I've received one call yesterday and one today.  No message left.

Received call with no message.  Upon return of call a message states the phone number is not in service.
