Got message several days ago and accidentally opened it today. It wants a reply to cancel, a text message that would also add to my cell bill. This is, at the least, unethical...but wait, it is against the law, at least FCC regulations for telemarketers to call mobile devices.Business ethics have been on a decline for decades, but these days it is hitting a new low. File complaints with the FCC on their website. The web site for the offending called is: WWW.VIPsafe ATM.COM. according to their text message. Why all the caps in the address? Appears to be a Russian site involved with ATM scams.
