Just called here, blocking, complaint filed with the ftc.....other research shows asking for donations for someone

Called, with Caller ID "NONE," and left NO message.  When this number is dialed, rings through and immediately plays a canned recording of ". . .Please press 2 if you'd like to remove your number from our list. . ."  Clearly a telemarketing SPAM/SCAM entity, most likely phishing for live numbers to attempt their SPAM/SCAM activity.  DO NOT ANSWER!
