Call blockers are available as phones, apps (some free) and standalone devices.

This some sort of loan scam. The caller called from 323-210-8903 and left a message. If I wanted to take advantage of some loan I had to call back. The number the caller provided was 323-405-6009. There is some disturbance to the caller's voice which does it make it difficult to hear him clearly.
