It's some  high school kid prank calling you. Disregard it.

No message.

Caller, foreign accent, asked for me, mispronounced my name.  Said he was with "Best Solar Systems".
Was told I'm on don't call list, I then hung up.

Unfortunately this is probably an overseas operation. The problem with this is that it makes for action to be taken since the country of origin will not cooperate with an investigation.

got a call - did not answer because i didn't know the number.  they left no message.
