Call 5-10 times a day. Hang up when I day I've contacted the police. They say I'm eligible for some grant. They suck.

Received a call from this number yesterday at 5:43pm MST, no ID logged, no message. Probably a VOIP number - latest craze with scammers, trivial to do, costs almost nothing and if they luck out and call a stupid person it could pay off handsomely.
