Who called from 3234066238

I'm received a call for 323-406 6238
and this number is not in service probably is a call located

It is a solar company.  I finally picked up after numerous calls and asked to be put on their do not call list.  It is a robocall, but it will understand commands.  All i said was "take me off your call list" and the system said it was done.

They just sold your number to a list.  By doing that you verified an active number that answers calls.  Prepare for hell on earth.

No message must be spam/telemarketer CID showed Security. Number is not in service

Same here. Still think this is a scammer using a big box account to gather #'s.
