this number goes to a relay servise and the suposed owner of the number claims to own and run a store called wesley store, but the address that is given is an empty house, for sale. this is a scam, would not sent any product this business.
Got an email from "Richard" at the "Wesley Store" asking for a quote that ended up totalling $4818 and he wanted overnight shipping. I called VISA and they let me know that the card was not associated with this person.
I’ve received this scam before. In fact I received this one today. They wanted a quote for 150 ink cartridges. Read it carefully and you will notice that it sounds like it was written by a 3 year.
For example “CALCULATE ME THE TOTAL COST…” was how my most recent scam email started. It then ended with “WAITING TO READ FROM YOU ASAP…” If you live in the USA you just don’t speak like this.
So anyway, these dips get a list of CC numbers. They then will try hard to find a sucker to sell them product. Their objective is to provide you with a CC# that has yet to be discovered as stolen, get your product in their hands, (hence the reason for Over Night shipping) and then sell that product. On the other hand, you’re going to think that you made a great sale. You process the sale, ship the product, and before you know it the CC Company is calling to tell you that you just used a stolen CC and they’ll take their money back. So you are screwed big time. I even tried to work with the CC Company to get a sting going. I offered to ship a box (with just junk in it) and they could pick up the person that signed for it. They could care less.
Once I had I guy that kept at it. So I BS him and told him that his order has been process and will ship today. He was shocked. He wanted a tracking number and everything. What I did was ship him a box filled with Dog Sh*T. I never heard from him again.
Another victim of Richard Peterson.....FRAUD....charged my credit card for 2500 worth of cell phones to a store in Texas. He actually had a copy of the card with my number and his name on there. Sure he has lots!!!! Call the Credit Card companies if you've taken any cards for this person...they are probably all STOLEN numbers.
Credit Card companies won't go after these guys...so you must place a police report for this thief to try another scam.
Here’s a suggestion for you. Try and get the Electronic Serial Numbers ESN of the phones that were purchase using you credit card. This info might be on the invoice or if you can contact the store that the phones were purchase from they will have this info. With this in hand contact the service that the phones are registered to (T-Moblie, AT$T….) Report the phones as stolen and give them the ESN numbers. They will then be able to deactivate the phones. The phones will now be inoperable. Hence, Richard Peterson now owns $2500 of paperweights.
