I received a call from them at 8:30am they left voicemail and said they had serious allegations. Called them back and an indian person accent person picked up and said they were the IRS. When I asked them for their physical location the guy stuttered. Gave me a bogus address. Then he said it wasn't me they were looking for. BE AWARE!!!
Some sort of phishing scam. Left a message saying there are "serious allegations" against me and I'll be taken into custody within 24 hours if I don't respond.
DO NOT Take calls from or Make calls to this number. They will leave you a broken English message saying there are "serious allegations" against you from the IRS and that you will be "taken into custody by the local police." The IRS does not call you. This is a scam. They will attempt to make you pay a made up amount of money. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.
Garden variety IRS scam. If you call that number they play Chopin's "Minute Waltz". WHen they pick up they say "IRS Investigations Department" with an Indian accent so strong you can cut it with a kinfe. Ignore and block any calls from this number. I'm beginning to recognize scammers by their hold music.
Got a voicemail from this number with a digital womans voice saying "There were 4 serious allegations against me" that I needed to contact them before the local cops came to get me.
