Thats what i did too. it messes up their call conversion. They dont get comission if their conversion is low.
I get calls from these people constantly. it is 10:30 at night where I live. I just called them back and was hung up on because the rep claimed they did not speak english.
I called back over and over only repeating the words "English and Supervisor" I was hung up on about 12 or 13 times before someone names Albert got on the line.
Albert spoke english and I dont think he s\was a supervisor of any kind.
I explained to Albert that I have been getting calls for 8 months from them, and every time I call back or answer, its either a recording, or someone who claims they dont speak english and I am hung up on.
Albert advised me he is going to "request" my number be removed from their call list, but it may take a week.
I explained to Albert that if I get another call from them after seven days has passed I am filing an Atourney General complaint with the state of California.
