this person named bob something called my work's office manager and said to tell me i was being investigated for fraud. She said his accent was middle eastern and so thick she didnt get complete message.
These people are a FRAUD. You do not have to call them back, but you should call your local Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. What I do is I call them back persistently just to annoy them.
