Officer Kelvin Richards is his name with a heavy accent. He tells me I am in big trouble if I do not answer his call or return his call. He is rude and says he is going to turn my information over to authorities. Do not give him any information because they will try to verify your name and last 4 of SSN but hang up or tell him that they have the wrong number.
An "officer" of the LAPD trying to contact someone who wasn't me, telling me "I know you are lying because I talked to William Moore on this number yesterday!" Heavy accent, angry, as the other commenter said. I ended up changing my phone number.
