I put up a craiglist ad for a playstation 3 this number text me wanting me to send the console to nigeria. he sent me a fake paypal email. i know because i called pay pal in advance, and they told me they didint send it. i tried contacting the police but they cant do anything cuzz of were they want the item shiped. so if someone else reads this and want to take this guy down the website is ic3.gov i didint want to do anything because the information you provide them with does not remain confidential so i ddint get scamed but if someone did and you wanna do something about it go to that website it is funded by the FBI
Just got a text from this person apparently wanting a sweater I had on sale from kijiji but wanted me to ship it for them....they wanted to send me money through pay pal...as soon as I said I didn't have pay pal they didn't respond so I looked and saw the things on this site and I realize they were trying to scam me
Same thing happened to me today. Ad on kijiji for a cell phone case, he offered to pay $100 extra to ship it. Payment through Paypal. I, like all of you, knew something was up. So here I am posting after I googled the phone number. Scumbags, get a real job!
