Called representing Keller Williams and wanted to find out if we wanted
to sell our house. Wasn't too pushy, but told him not at the present time. We
are actually looking around for a local broker. But we're only going to hire
a broker who's actually California licensed and has actually sold a house in
the local neighborhood.
