another 3 rings and hang up. its a robo call when it disconnects after 3 rings. it means their is an idiot scammer waiting for the computer to let them know someone picked up so they can try to scam you into buying something. Or, it is a robo call from a cell phone company, cable company looking for money.

This is a wireless cell phone from L.A., Calif., annoying everyone with robo-calling, usual marketing scams. Best NOT to even pick up, thereby confirming you're a valid number. Also from 323-429-4411. I categorized this as a prank call, given its very nature, and absolutely no ethics from the caller!!
