Says Service Ann on caller Id. No message

I received a call from this number, and I was asked if I was currently facing a hardship with mt mortgage. When I answered "yes", the person hung up the phone. Why did your agent call?

When I answered the phone no one woul say anything. So I hung up and called it back and no one answered.

Hangs up when answered. Calls often.

Number is provided by Digitcom services for voicemail and is assigned to Telephone Management.

I am beginning to think that Telephone Management is it real villian her. They seem to be behind a lot of these calls.

I got a call from them also.   The caller ID just shown Service Announcement.

I answered and it was silence for about four seconds and the caller hung up.
