The call originates from California. Probably some telemarketing thing.

why was this number calling me when i live in Canada. Telemarketer from the States?!

Got in on my call display, had never seen the 323 area code.  It's not a Canadian area code anyway.

i received a congratulations call from this number asking me to press 1 to claim my prize..   i didnt press 1 but stayed on the phone for about 20 seconds until their side hung up..

I received a call from this number.  I'm in Toronto, when I called this number back it just plays some music.  After about 3 minutes of listening I hung up.
