SCAM! Received a call from this number yesterday on my cell, allegedly by a private detective. Said I was the subject of a civil suit on the other side of the US. Haha. I haven't been across the country in 15+ years. Also said they had contacted or tried to contact me several times without success. LOL - I've lived at the same address for 16 years. I'm a professional on LinkedIn, so not hard to find. Used my subscription research service (less than $20/month) to check # of people with my name in the US - 25 of them. A couple DO live across the country. (This whole scenario begs the question: Why would a law firm hire someone to do what they could have a lower-level employee accomplish with a low-cost subscription research service?)
I called back the phone number given - after first looking up (again using research service) as well as these sites - to find the number Unlisted. Why would a law firm not list its number????? (Answer: it WOULD!) When I called the phone rang several times, then went to voice mail. Said I had reached Mark Adams and to leave a message -- NO law firm or any business name given.
These scumbags should get a real job and leave the rest of us alone. I wish they'd come to my door so I could hit them real hard.

No Caller ID; woman called stating they have attempted to reach me in the past about a pending civil case and that I needed to call 323 432 0205 to discuss the "case" Of course she had no information about the case, nor did she explain who she worked for. They called yesterday and left a voice message today.
They took 600 dls out of my account and claimed they were collecting for lane bryant. They agreed to send me letter stating that my account had been settled and I never received one. When I called the number back to talk to Benjamin Thomas they guy I had made the arrangemts with, it kept telling me that i could not compleate my call.
I also received a call from Mark Adams claiming my ex husband was named in a Civil Suit. I've been divorced from him for 20 years. This scumbag also managed to get my cell, my current husband's cell and leave messages claiming we were named as my X's emergency number. BULL!
The number this "Mark Adams of Law firm RGA" used is 323-3-2044.
Don't buy this garbage!
